    Good luck to all teams in Raleigh this weekend! IMHO: Game 1's most intriguing matchup will occur between two Carolina Cardinal pitchers. East Surry's Haley Shelton and Swain County's Shelby Parker. If both pitchers are on their A-game, this will be an unexpected treat. I've been lucky enough to see both kids pitch and can't wait for this game to begin!

    What age group do these girls pitch for in the Cardinal organization?

    Ms. Parker pitches for 18u Coach Calloway and i think Ms. Shelton pitches for 18u Coach Mchone.

    Congrats to lady carindals

    Two of the best pitchers in raleigh this weekend = Shelby Parker and Haley Shelton. Be hearing more from these two young ladies the next few years i think!! congrats to haley and the cardinals. well played! Hang in there Ms. Parker - you were outstanding!
