Thoughts and Prayers for his family

I am extremely sorry to hear of his death. We were all hoping and praying for a miracle. It kind of puts everything in perspective.

May the peace that passes understanding fill the hearts of Will's family. This is about as bad as life gets...giving up a child. This family is 'good people....which is why so many of us gladly prayed for Will, asking for healing. So it's tough to hear this news. It's just not 'right'.

But God is good and He loves this family. And someday (this sounds so empty but by faith I know it's true)...someday we'll understand His perfect plan. I have faith the Will is A-OK, enjoying the land where there will be no more tears. And I'm confident God is and will continue to somehow use Will's all-too-short life to accomplish many great things.

This is so sad. I was thinking of him the other day and wondering how he was doing even though I don't know him...I learned of his story through TBR. I too have lost a young son who also was a baseball player and loved the game and the Braves more than anything. I know about that peace that passes all understanding and with the faith that I feel this family has, they will endure. I wish them peace and know that Will is playing baseball in heaven with no pain or suffering. Love to his family.....

Thanks LarryD for posting. I love the game and love the players, coaches, and so many others involved.
