    Heard the all conf team tonight...interesting...coaches sure voted by the lines...

    How are the selections made? Does the coach nominate and then all coaches from the conference vote? It is by position or by best players?

    Understanding

    All teams can nominate players for all-conference . The coaches will bring stats for overall year and conference schedule. They discuss each player and vote. At the end they rank the players and send this to Distict for potential all distict process. Not sure on the number you can nominate. This was explained to me by our coach.
