    Good Coaches

    Monte and Lambros do a good job in promoting their players. I wish more coaches would get involved. Congrats to all the girls listed.

    Congrats to Tisha Mahon for making 1st team all-amercian and to Chelsea Wilkinson making 2nd team. Nice to see NC girls on the teams.

    Just like all of the college NFCA All-American/All-Region Teams, coaches must be a member of the NFCA to have their players considered for the All-Region and All-American teams. Therefore, since most high school coaches are not members, many of the players everyone knows about aren't even considered for these teams.

    Players are nominated by their high school coaches and then the high school coaches that are members in those regions vote for the All-Region team, while not voting for their own players. The All-American team will be considered by the NFCA High School All-American Committee who will nominate players from their region, discuss those players and then vote for the All-American teams    .
