    Hello everyone,

    I'm just wondering if anyone has any info/specs on Tyler Barnette..I heard he was committed to UNC-Charlotte and just wanted to know if anyone knows anything about him.

    "Red Bear" at the plate. "Strike-Em-Out" should be coming out of the dugout to the on-deck circle at any time. (lol!)

    HEY, you know me

    I will take a swing at it, anything to help fan the fire between Hickory and Foard.:schlacht:
    I was more impressed with his freshman year, on my gun he was 80-83 with good late movement on his fastball and a good curve, last 2 years he has picked up a little 83-86, but his fast ball has flattened out and catches TOO much of the plate and other teams bats. According to the HDR (Hickory Dailey Record) he will be their starting OB in football, but was shut down towards the end of summer baseball season because of arm issues.

    Geez Southern, if they will not let me in the city limits to eat at the Windy City Grill it is your fault.:whoopass:

    You let me know the day they are going to throw you out at Windy City, and i'll be there to watch!! You know for a while, I thought you boys out west were a little different than us low landers, but now I know you're just as fulla $h!t as we are!!!

    I know you are a blue and white lifer, but your enthusiasm has gone downhill recently. Maybe if you kicked the "Bucket" you might feel better. :devilish:

    Just a few weeks ago I saw Tyler throw at UNC with a cutter sitting at 88. Then he went down to East Cobb with the Cubs and threw a complete game 10 K game against a team from Tennessee. Maybe he hasn't done well the last couple of weeks but he was pretty good when I saw him. Most kids his age you have to teach a cutter.
