    As a parent from the Alexander Blue 10u, let me say we had great time at the WFC in MB. Our girls came out of the losers bracket on the last day after playing a very good TNT Explosion team from WV in pool play. Battled back against a tough Southern Slammers team and had to beat the Carolina Cardinals twice that just did not quit. Congratulations Blue, you had an awesome year, NSA Points Champions, AAU National Champions, and numerous other tournament wins. GO BLUE!!!!!!!!

    The girls did a great job this week. They showed good attitudes and played ball and put alot of heart into it. Great job coach Frankie you got them there!! Congratulations to the whole team and all the coaches.

    This was the East Wake Spirits first World Series. It was a great tournament. Lots of talented teams. The girls played some tough teams, started Saturday in the loosers bracket and played 3 games before 12 noon. They couldn't quite get past the NJ Flames to get into the championship game, but all in all it was a great week. Our girls enjoyed playing against teams from other states and seeing how they stacked up against them. Learned some new cheers for the dugout, and just had a really great time.

    Randolph Rage 16U finished 2nd in the 16 and under. Randolph Rage 18u finished 3rd in theirs. 16u came through the losers bracket on Sat to make the championship game. Played 10 games for the week and finished 8-2. Lost to a very good Florence Fury team both times.
