Great job Ashley!! I knew you were headed somewhere to play softball and I am glad it is UNC. This is the beginning of another journey so keep up the hard work that has gotten you this far.

This was great new to hear about for both you and your family. When KG told me I got all excited and thought about how your hard work paid off. I am looking forward to seeing you play at UNC. You have worked extra hard to get to this level. It has been great watching you develop from 10U till now. Also you have a great family that gave you encouragement and support. That is no small task. Your hard work in the class room and on the field is an example of determination that younger players need to follow. Great job and keep up the hard work.

I want to thank all the coaches, parents, and others who helped Ashley Bone along the way. They spent countless hours patiently working with her developing her softball skills. She has achieved one of her goals committing to a Division 1 softball program due to the efforts of many people believing in her potential. THANK YOU!

Way to hang in there!

Ashley's story is a tremendous one, coming back from those injuries as she did. The stuff of movies, only this is real life. Congrats to the entire family and thanks for being such a good friend to Becca and taking her under your wings abroad! I know we'll be reading a lot about Ashley in the local press, but stay in touch anyway!
