    Thank you to everyone for their warm and kind congratulatory remarks for Stephanie. It has been a very long, fun and rewarding experience over the many years of playing travel softball. Steph has made so many great friends through softball, and we have met some outstanding moms, dads and coaches along the way. We had decided quite a while ago, that even if playing college softball just wasn't in the cards, the memories and experiences during the journey were priceless, and that we would always reflect back and always cherish the time spent together. It is more than just playing a game. It is learning life lessons and watching all of our DD's mature and grow into adults.

    I especially want to thank the following individuals who gave their support to us along the way:

    Rodney Threatt (thanks for being a true gentleman and mentor for all the girls that play for you), Moni Armendarez (I have loved coaching with you the past 2 years), David Webster (Hopewell Coach) (another outstanding mentor for all the young ladies that he has coached), Sharon Bailey (countless hours in the garage; pitching and pitching and pitching; Thanks for being there for Steph when she needed you).

    I wish the best to all of you and your DD's as they pursue their dreams. Keep pushing and never give up. Shoot for the moon, because unless you aim high, you never know what you may achieve.

    We look forward to seeing everyone at the fields. (Or wherever else we may run into the softball family).
