Anybody know how well Patton's stadium is accomodated for wheel chair access and things like that?

Also what's everyones thoughts and outlook for this game between 2 very great teams in the early season.

Alexander Central (4-0) @ Patton (3-1) Patton's only loss was a hard fought game against East Burke in which the final score was no indication on how close the game actually was.

The game between EB and Patton was not close at all it may have appeared that way to you due to the 5 fumbles by EB that Friday. Patton wins have come against opponents who have a win loss record of 1-10. AC is a much bigger and stronger team.

However Patton is a pretty good team, my thoughts AC 28 Patton 10.

all i know about them is they're well coached. JK Adkins tutored some under Mike Carter at Mooresville, then Joe Pinyan at Salisbury. he took the head job at S. Iredell and led them to the playoffs and won some post season games there before taking the head job at Patton. he is from that area.

Ok Im not saying that Patton is not any good but who have they beat? I mean is AC that good or are they playing weaker teams? I know that this is the 1st year Patton has had a varsity team. I think AC will go 5-0 going into conference and that could prove to be big without having one of the best backs in the conference playing.

We can't really compare Patton's schedule vs. AC's when AC has wins over teams that have a total of 2 wins (both by West Iredell).....Patton is well coached and this is their 2nd year of varsity.

Maybe not, But if you will look at how those teams have played against other teams I think we could all agree Patton's wins have come against weak teams that have been blown out several times this year.

I think what you should look at is the game Patton lost to EB, In that game Patton gave up over 200 yards on the ground.

The two headed rushing attack of Kyle Bradshaw & Kyle Kinnard has proven to be very dangerous thus far. As both of the Kyles are averaging around 125 yards a game. Either one of these kids could very well go for 200 this week. And lets not discount the fact that the Cougar D has given up only 10 second half points all year. I think this is a game the Cougars win 31-0

I dont know how good Patton is but i do know ac's front 7 on defense is nasty..the goal line stand to win the game last week was incredible...when chapman returns ac is going to be very very dangerous...i say we shut out patton 17 0..ill say 17 just because kyle's injury last week an i dont know if he'll be 100% or not..but harper will have the defense ready definately...AC 5-0 on saturday morning...

Is AC ready for conference? They have played 2 hard teams or teams that have had some years in football with Davie County and Mooresville but the rest of it was against weaker teams. I think that their offense is strong but how does it compare to the rest of the conference? I know they have 2 back that are top 3 rushers in conference. I am just asking

SS, Hickory and Hibriten will be the tests in conference. Especially Hibriten, they use about 5 different players to run each game...they are averaging over 350yds on the ground this year.

West Iredell has won 2 games and Davie County has won 1. Davie, West Iredell, and Mooresville are all 3 very talented and will each get better as the season goes along although both Davie and Mooresville have brutal schedules. They all 3 are playing a ton of sophomores. North Iredell while winless is not without some talent particularly the tailback Ramseur. Alexander Central will win by doing what they do and that's control the clock, play good defense, and force turnovers. Patton has shown a knack for putting it on the ground, if that happens against the gang from Taylorsville, say good night Panthers. If Patton can hang on to the ball their speed on the outside could give the Cougars some problems. I look for the Cougar passing game to show up this week. Alexander Central 24 Patton 10.
