    Taylor Beam of NW Cabarrus HS has made the Furman University softball team as a walk-on. Coach Jenkins says Taylor is a hard worker and a quality team mate and will contribute to the team.

    Taylor...we've always told you that we thought you were too good not to play college ball! What a tremendous accomplishment to walk on at Furman. We believe that you are the exception, not the norm:bowdown2:.
