    Good game. Baby Cougars took a 22-20 lead in 3rd quarter but Hickory answers with 2 td's and get the win.

    Question- How early was it in the game when they didnt go for two? I would think that if it was real early then the coach would trust his defense to make a stop and then trust the offense to put up the points. Although I know that this is JV football and not to many teams have a good field goal kicker. But I am just wondering and from the record the team has only two losses not to bad of a season up to this point

    That was one great play! We have a great coach. 2 point conversion don't matter when you lost by 10. let it go. You should fill your time and jion the booster club.

    I don't think you were watching the same game I was. No reason to go for two at that early point and here's why. Alexander Central's coaching staff knew that Hickory was going for two each time they score a td. Chances are they are going to fail about as often as not. If AC goes for 2 early and misses, they can't tie under any circumstance except another td.
