I am saddened to inform all of you that we have lost another baseball mom. Lynn Stephenson passed away on Monday, October 26th. Lynn was 43.

Lynn and her husband Will ran the Bone Crushers showcase organization in Rock Hill, SC. Like so many of the mothers we meet at that baseball field we never really know much about them except they love their sons, support their coaching husbands and love baseball.

Please take the time to read the story linked to this thread. It gives us insight to who Lynn Stephenson was and what she represented. Like Julia Tomosovich and Kelly Braxton we find there is always so much more to these mothers who sit in the stands and root for their sons and his teammates.

To Lynn's husband Will, Will Jr.,Taylor (daughter), The Bone Crushers family and the Rock Hill Community, which Lynn had a tremendous loyalty to, you are in our prayers and we hope in this time of grieving you find peace

Wow, Lynn sounded like she was a pistol (compliment.) She had a vision and wouldn't let obstacles get in her way---a nice lesson to learn for everybody.

I'll pray for the Stephenson family for comfort during an obviously challenging time.

    Thanks CBC for posting this.

Over the past couple of years we have competed against the Bonecrushers. I grew to respect Will for what he did for the boys on his team. He was always friendly and quick to complement boys on our team. We contacted one another some to scrimmage in the spring. I want to extend my deepest sympathy for Will and his family and the entire Bonecrusher team. We will keep you in our prayers.
