    Would not get called in any county is the usa, if Monica Abbot pitched for four years at UT and not get call, there is no such thing as a balled begin called, now once she moved to the USA team, the ump's would give her a ONE ball call, and then forget about it...

    oh, it gets called in hs, not a lot, but it does get called.
