    Erwin certainly have some playmakers.

    QB Garrett Brown completed 112 of 190(59%) for 1498 yds. and 12 TDs with 6 ints. Mr. Brown has also ran for 584 yds. on 128 carries(4.6 yds. per carry) with 5 TDs.

    Running back Martese Jackson has 218 carries for 1925 yds.(8.8 avg.) and 25 TDs.

    They have two key receivers in Trey Clark(36 receptions for 578 yds. and 3 TDs), and Shaquan Curenton(33 receptions for 590 yds. and 5 TDs).

    Top defensive players are Christian Chambers(63 tackles), Trey Clark(55 tackles), and Dillon Brown(48 tackles).

    And the MAC conference is not a weak conference at all. That's some big time numbers. We will certainly have to play very well!!!!!

    I think Kannapolis will be able to run on them and rely on Massey to have a good all-around game plan. Memorial Stadium is tough place to go into and come away with a win.

    I read the same box score you did though, they do seem dangerous. Catholic turned the ball over 6 times in the loss last week. But any time you go in there and win, its impressive. I do realize that Catholic is somewhat down this year.

    I'll say Kannapolis by 13.

    1st quarter
    WONDER Jacques Deese recovered a Erwin fumble after a very hard hit.
    First score for K-town was a 15 yd. TD pass from QB Martel Campbell to TE Spencer Falls. score 7-0 K

    K-town moved downfield and got to the 3 yd. line on a pass from Campbell to WR Tyler Gilmore.
    Travis Riley covered the 3 yards for the TD. score 14-0 K

    2nd quarter
    Erwin went on a 4th and 3 but the K-town defense held.
    Antwoine Jordan scored from 2 yds. out. score 21-0 K

    Erwin got on the board on a 1 yd. run by Martese Jackson. He scored 3 of the four Erwin TDs. on the night. score 21-7 K

    Kannapolis came right back and scored with a 3 yd. run by Riley. score 28-7 K

    On a first and 10 from their own 25, Erwin's
    Jackson broke loose for a 75 yd. TD run.
    PAT blocked. score 28-13 K

    3rd quarter
    K-town scored on their first possession of the second hald on Campbell to Riley TD pass. score 35-13 K

    K-town kicked away from Jackson all night but this once. He took the ball 80 yds. for the TD. score 35-20 K

    4th quarter
    K Brenden Brown kicked a 27 yd. field goal. score 38-20 K

    Erwin scored their last TD on a 24 yd. pass
    score 38-27 K

    Erwin tried an onsides kick and recover it, but the ref said the ball hit a Erwin player before it traveled 10 yds...K-town ball.
    Kannapolis scored their last TD on a Jordan run on 4th down.
    Final score 45-27 K
