    ah, the cellar, 20+ picks out of first place........perhaps i need to stick to softball......but i will not, i mean, will not drop out of this contest despite the pleading of my wife who is embarrASSed by my poor performance. I need to salvage the family name with some excellent pics in the last week.......yeah right.....braves, can i copy off your paper????

    End of the regular season

    After 12 weeks heading into the playoffs hitnrun stays in first with a big 9 win week. But several of us are still in striking distance especially with the playoffs coming and more games to pick. I'll put up first round playoff pickems tomorrow afternoon. Knowing the NCHSAA I don't trust the brackets are final yet.

    Here's the current standings and how everybody did this week. Let me know if anything is out of order.

    pops, ROBAC, and wossa nailed down 17 each, after one of the wildest rounds of playoff upsets i can recall. say what you want about the current playoff format but this week was thrilling..........except for those of us who try to predict this stuff. overall, it was pretty even across the board. dont look now, but here comes pops to pull alongside of hitnrun as we come outta turn four!

Round 3 should be up on Sunday!

    this weeks results were about as depressing as last weeks, but three of the top four kept pace by going 16 of 25.....karl, pops, and wossa, with pops easing out front by a single game. throw a blanket over the first four!
