I guess it's been a while since I've been to a showcase tourney. Is this a new concept? Is this $125 per person, per family or per team?

    Gate Fee

Pastime implemented the one time gate fee 2 years ago. It is per team and covers all parents, players, and coaches into games. It has made it much eaiser on everyone to do it this way. Most places charge a gate fee per day or per event. We have replaced that and built it into the cost. It saves me from fighting with parents and saves parents from digging into their walets.

Agreed. The one time gate fee was much easier on our parents! $125 is cheap compared to what we typically pay and what others charge. We had a great experience with Pastime in 2009 at UNC and will definitely make the trip to Wake!

    Tourney Start Time

When do we get started on Thursday? Any chance we can request a little later start on day 1, any time after 9am, to allow for travel. Thanks.

Yes, you can definetly request a later start time. Please email Tom Davidson and he will get you all set up for a later start. If you need to take the Thursday off and start play on Friday we can do this for a few teams as well.

Thanks! We are all set. Thanks for the help. Looks like there are a hand full of teams coming from several other states as well. We are looking forward to coming for sure. Will you be in attendance?

    Update

Registrations and interest is pickking up for Wake Forest tournaments. We recently have added teams from IL, OH, KY, OK, and teams from Lousiana, PA, and New York are looking to get involved as well.

You check out each tournament at

Also, stay tuned as Pastime will begin to do it's "spotlight programs" on it's website to shine some light nationally on teams that have won previous Pastime Events.
