RegisterASA now up and running

The new www.registerasa.com for NC is now up and running. 2010 registrations can now be accepted.

 

Now what?

This is my first time registering with ASA as an assistant coach. I went to this web site, created an account, paid for and completed the background check (it came back as GREEN). I then paid for the ACE certification. It says it is paid but says ACE 1 Not Complete. What do I need to do next?

I tried going to http://ace.usasoftball.com/ace/home.asp and on this page it has a New User Registration button but when I click on it, it just reloads the same page. The Member Login button does the same thing.

Any help would be appreciated.

The link to the Registration page appears to be missing. Sounds like the webmaster needs to fix it.

 

ACE not usable yet

I have spoken to ASA National and they say the ACE site is down right now. They are in the process of tying it into the registerasa site. It will be a week or so.

?? Ace online

I tried yesterday to take the ACE 1 cert and it still isn't working.I paid for the cert1 and the background check at once even listed me as paid.Am I missing something or is the ACE online still not running.Rick if you want to pm me that will be fine.

 

Issues

There are still issues with registration that are being slowly resolved. The new system incorporates ACE and the backgrouund check just like last year. You cannot proceed to ACE till the bgc is completed and approved. They are running behind in OKC and the bgc's are slow in being approved.
Sorry for the inconvienence.
I am speaking with them daily as we keep uncovering issues that won't allow coaches to get registered or allow me to approve.

Thanks for the update. We were trying to register yesterday, and could not. Now I don't have to call you. We'll try again next week.
