Once all of the details are finalized, we will post all the information. But what I can say is it will be an all night affair with games going in to the wee morning. But it won't just be about the terrific teams we have that will be getting after it. Here is a sample of what we have planned:

    - All teams will be in tie dyed jersey's
    - We have beautiful tie dyed bats made specifically for this event to be awarded to the players of the game.
    - We have hired a cool cover band, fireworks, dunk tank, speed pitching machine, clowns, vendors--it's a festival!!!!
    - We have special guests appearing though out the night
    - 3 umpires per game

and while everyone will be seeking out their spots to put their blankets and tents, then dancing to a quality band; the one's that are out dancing, eating or playing games will be able to follow the game watching it from our jumbotron.

We expect a huge crowd and we feel the players participating deserve to play in an environment like this.

There are details that have to be worked out, but what player wouldn't want to play in front of an expected crowd of 2,500-3,000+?

By the way, the college coaches that have learned of this event are as excited as the players participating
