I'm on your back BASEBALL 247. Each one of my pitchers has their own wooden model. We do our board work each day and carry that onto the bump and work down the slope. It gives the pitcher feedback on their direction and if their backside is working properly. We throw flatgrounds with these and the consistency of their direction to the target is excellent.

Robert asked me to let you know that, since he arrived in Phoenix for spring training, internet access has become a bit of a challenge. As a result, he's not able to post to his blog as frequently as he'd like. He's composed several posts on Word and will put them up on the blog when the opportunity presents itself.

He appreciates the feedback he's received from many of you, both directly and indirectly, and looks forward to becoming more active on the blog as soon as circumstances allow.

    Back on the Net

    Hey Guys,

I got finally got hooked up to the internet. Sorry to those of you who visited the blog only to see the same post up for over a week. Ill do my best to keep that from happening again.

Since I had a break, I decided to put 2 posts up today. The first is an interview with a former teammate and current Oakland reliever Andrew Carignan. The second post are some tips for young left handed pitchers looking for an edge in controlling the running game.

    All the best,

    Woody

    Thanks for adds!

Coach Knight, you guys always have great teams over there at Central. We (Myers Park) had some dogfights with you guys while I was in high school.

Best of luck to ya'll this year.

    Woody
