    Great article on the Body Blade. My staff completes a series of 7 exercises with the blade 2 to 3 times per week depending on if they are a starter or reliever and when their last outing was and when their next outing is coming up. I am from the school where I believe if you want to be able to throw harder, your body has to be able to handle you throwing harder first. Those decelerator muscles and small muscles in the back of the shoulder and scaps are taken care of when using the body blade.

    Can I request one article?......... Different types of bullpens/flatgrounds used by you in college, and where you are now.
