    Sorry to disagree, but I also have heard from a very reliable source that drug-related issues were not the reason for ineligible players. Not sure of the reasons, but if the coaching staff felt the need to dismiss players, I'm sure there was a valid reason.

    As for the lack of depth on this year's pitching staff at UNCG, I noticed from their early signings for next year that they seem to have addressed the issue nicely. They have several talented arms coming in from North Carolina in addition to getting some pitching from the state of Florida. Always a nice place to go out of state if you need good baseball players.
