Prayers Needed

    Please keep Katie Brocius, a sophomore softball player at Tuscola High School in your prayers. She is in Boston for surgery to remove a tumor on her brain. Katie made varsity her freshman year, has a heart of gold, always a smile on her face and a great attitude.

    This is the third time she has had this surgery and we are praying that the third time is the charm. If everything goes well the doctors say she could be back on the softball field in two weeks!

    Just talked with Katie's dad and she has gone through all the pre-op procedures and everything is a go. She will go into surgery Thursday at 1:00. Please say an extra prayer for her tomorrow.

    Katie's surgery went very well yesterday. They got all of the tumor. They can't guarantee that it won't come back but for now it is gone. Amazingly she is getting out of the hospital today and the doctors say she will be back on the softball field in two weeks!!! The Brocius family is very thankful for all your prayers.
