Been using a new devise at our baseball warehouse on high school kids, down to coach pitch kids. It is a stay back belt, that helps kids keep their weight back in a manner that allows them to swing freely without having to think about it. Gives immediate feedback results. Thought I'd share this with everyone, because it has really helped out our kids. www.corebaseball-xtreme.com

We bought a belt last week and was surprised at how quickly our son caught on. He can't lunge any more. I would recommend soft toss in front before going to live pitching just to get a feel for the belt.

Our high school bought the package that included 2 belts and 1 pulley connection. It works much quicker if the guy on deck already has a belt on, especially jumping in and out of the cage.
