Hunt is very good hitting team if their pitching can keep the other teams runs down they will beat a lot of teams. I say their pitching bc they threw 7 diff pitchers last night to get the win. Aycock also beat hunt by 12 runs the first time so they can also have an off night like everyone else.

Aycock is seeing everyone's best pitching!

One thing to keep in mind is that Aycock, so far, is seeing everyone's number one. I expect to see that change in conference. If a team tries to save a pitcher in order to pitch against a perceived stronger opponent they may end up with two losses.

your right pirate 84. Also Aycock played 5 games in six days. Their pitchers were tired. Not to mention they hit the ball right at people. Hunt doesn't have much pitching after Lee. They better win by scoring alot of runs.

Maybe they're not as good as you thought? Remember they are in High School and it's still early in the season.

Wonder what Dylan May would do vs. Aycock? I hear that kid's the real deal.

May is like any other kid in high school. He would have a good night or a bad night . Aycock wouldn't be afraid of him I promise you that. It is early, lets wait towards the end of the season when all the kids are warmed up. Aycock is a great team, just like many other teams. There is alot of luck that goes into winning games. Aycock gets scrutinized hard because they have one of the better kids (Narron) in the state. But, they have other kids that are very good as well.

ease up, its all good, we are all aware Aycock has some talent and I am sure they will be around at then end of the season barring unseen injuries. 5 games in 6 days, we all have to play the cards we are dealt. Lets give Hunt some credit here, they hit the ball well. I wouldn't say either Aycock or Hunt are loaded and deep on the pitching staff this year. Let's have a good year and have fun.:rock_band:

homerunhomer, ease up on what, I didn't say anything bad. All I said is wait towards the end of the season and everything will come out of the wash for all teams. You will know who the better teams are by end of April. Some teams may be struggling now, but lets wait when all the kids get warmed up. I know when Aycock won state their hitting came alive 1 week before playoffs. I think both Hunt and Aycock have good pitching but not over powering like some teams. Sometimes easier hitting a faster pitcher. Just a thought, Hunt could win their conference.
