Freshman at FCD

I am hearing good things about this freshman, Matt Vernon at Forsyth Country Day. Does anybody know anything about this kid or where he came from because I don't believe he has been at FCD previously.

 

Why don't you tell us, I think you probably know.

 

Should have known thats the response I would get from somebody on this board. And no I don't know, just haven't seen him playing with any of the other fcd kids before. And judging from your posts, if I don't have anything to do wit West Forsyth baseball then I'm just an idiot anyway. Sorry for asking a question.

 

Wow, bitter in your second post.This board is all about supporting players, but history says when you ask the question you ask, it is normally the person himself or his Dad. Maybe you should try another approach. No one has said you are an idiot. What does West Forsyth have to do with this?

 

Sorry but I have not heard of him and I have a kid in that age group. Since he is playing for AP someone should know something about the kid. He probably transferred in.

2 kids I do like that are freshmen are Zack Scudder at East Forsyth and Matt Orth at Southwest Guilford. I've seen them play against my son for years in travel but we saw both this week in school ball and they looked good. Both are big kids with good arms. You will hear about both these kids.

 

sorry tools, I just wasn't expecting your response. Didn't realize people come on to bring up themselves. I just looked at your other post and threw out the west forsyth thing, my mistake. Really though, I just didn't know if this kid transferred in or what. Sorry again

 

24, lots of times people come on here and ask the same question and they usually know the answer. And usually it is from someone that dies not have many posts. You get a lot of dad's on here asking about their own son. However the site encourages everyone to highlight and let everyone know about kids when they do well.

I think Matt Vernon played middle school ball in davie county. I know his older brother played for davie high last year.

 

That would explain why I didn't know of him. Thanks Pratt
