Left Hand Batter Two Strikes No Balls.
Right Hand Pitcher. Can throw curve, dropball, changeup, fastball and a riseball. What pitch would call next? First two strikes was dropballs.

Nothing seriously hittable... maybe a changeup, although many batters look for a changeup in that count.

I thought change up to but the batter had a really powerful swing and thought should just try drop ball again maybe the batter cannot hit a drop.

High, unhittable fastball out of the strike zone--waste pitch. Then come back with another drop.

Depending if it was called strikes or swinging strikes. If it was swinging, go with the drop again. didn't hit it with first 2 swings why change. throw it a little further out and if they don't bite come back with a drop for a strike. I don't like a change if they just swung and missed two pitches.

It also depends on many factors:
    1) did she swing at the drops?
    2) where is she in the box? Is She crowding the plate?
    3) Is her stance upright or squatting down?

Based on the limited information available, I would have my pitcher throw another drop, but well (1-2 ball widths) off of the outside of the plate.

Batter had swung at the drops, She is standing in a middle of the box not croweding the plate. Both drops was on the outside corner. Batter stays low in her swing and does not raise up. Very strong swing.

0-2 is our FUN time. My pitchers, catchers and I never throw a strike on 0-2 count!! Giving up a hit on 0-2 is a HUGE mistake. Throw outside off the plate, then a rise ball , if batter has not chased either then come back with what pitch got the 2 strikes. Throw any batter 3 of the same pitches in a row is not a good idea. Throw 2 in a row to a good hitter and she will get a hit.
