Free Speed and Agility Session with 2 Time Superbowl Champion Dean Hamel. This class will focus on lower body power, stability and flexibility, and core training. Times for the APRIL 3RD AND APRIL 10TH session are: ages 8-10 at 10am, ages 11-13 at 11am, and ages 14 and up at 12pm. Bandys High School Clinic

Just a reminder Bandys is holding a clinic tomorrow April 10th.
1st Session 9am-12pm (ages 7 & up) Defensive Drills -
2nd session 1-4pm Hitting & Baserunning.
Cost is $15 per session or $25 for both sessions. Lunch (Pizza $5), snacks and drinks will be sold.
