You can either get off 485 at 74, but your better bet would be to get off at Idlewild Rd, heading towards Union County, and take that all the way to Wesley Chapel-Stouts Rd. (It may be called Unionville-Indian Trail Rd. at that intersection) which will bring you dead into the school.

As for AL Brown, I'd hate to draw you guys early in the playoffs, as May and Tuttle can shove it.

I didn't know NW pitcher name, but i too would like to give props to the young man. If he is a freshman he showed a lot of poised and threw a very good game. If he keeps working hard NW will have a very good pitcher for the next couple of years.

Yeah, that's the scoring rule. I don't understand the mean sarcasm in the earlier post. I thought we were having a respectful discussion about how a game went, with props given where due. I am really not interested in participating in these discussions when they take this kind of tone.

Like my mama always said, "You have to consider the source." Unfortunately, some folks' comments don't always reflect positively on their team.

NCBASEBALL485 is correct about the unearned runs rule. So Hopewell, who has been struggling as of late, played a good game, and North Meck didn't play up to their potential, and the game ended up onesided. These teams will meet again in a few weeks, and it could be a very different outcome.

What I like about TBR is that we don't always need a moderator. We have some wizened veterans and quality new posters that know what we are about and how to police the board

    Watauga 10
    Hibriten 2

    WP: Dylan Norris
    LP: ?

    Watauga
Cal Hardee: 2-4 HR, 3 RBI
    David Martin: 1-3 SF, RBI
    Josh Roberts: 2-4 2B
    Josh Wyant: 1-4 2 RBI
    Matt Proffit: 1-3

Watauga continues to play well and gets another conference win vs Hibriten. Junior Dylan Norris got ahead in the count and had some pop on his fastball tonight to get his 4th win of the year. Watauga will host Providence in a non-conference matchup tomorrow. Should be another great day for baseball!
