Make a box out of 1x6 wood in the shape of a long rectangle(one side 24"-28" long the other side 6" shorter) Box is just wide enough for her cleat to fit in comfortably. When she drives off the rubber this box will fall over if she turns her foot too much! This drill will help correct that. Help with my dd

    Falling over?....

...yes I get what is implied. My ? is why do pitchers lean so far?
Is it for the angle of the pitch?
    Does it provide more velocity?
What are the negatives? ie is the pitchers head moving too much? or is she out of a defensive position ater releasing the ball?

    Just asking.

    Thanks

    Marlin
