Reynolds and McDowell play Thursday (7 pm start) in the MAC 4A semifinals down in Marion. The winner will earn the #2 seed in the playoff bracket. The loser will have to sweat it out for a few days.

 

One game in the loss column seperates 1 thru 5. Talk about a well balanced conf. If Mooresville wins it clinches top seed even if Hopewell wins due to defeating Hopewell twice. If Mooresville and Hopewell lose it gets crazy since there were so many splits.

Who won last night?

 

ACR, as expected, pummeled them 5-2. I foresee an easy win against TC tonight even if the boys of this year's Rocket team are not as talented as when my boy played there. This is just my opinion of course. As weak as ACR is, it beat Providence and I do not see a big challenge from the 4A teams of this state.

 

Lake Norman over Mooresville 1-0 @ MHS

LKN scored in the top of the 1st. Both teams shut each other down the next six innings. Great game to watch.

Both teams played well.
