    i'm posting this to help out a buddy who just lost his teaching job in Nevada due to budget cuts. He is a great football mind who is looking for a teaching/coaching job. If you know of any openings anywhere in VA, NC, TN, SC, etc please private message me or let me know here.

    Johnston County, NC has 2 new high schools opening in fall 2010

    they just hired head coaches.

    South Creek

    As far as I know, Martin County's South Creek has still not hired a football coach to replace Brian Paschall who is going to Conley. This is the first year for the school which is a "new" school because of consolidation of Roanoke High and Bear Grass High. Looks like a great opportunity for the right guy.

    East Columbus High Schoo in Columbus County and in the mountains Brevard HS.... I think they are still open?

    yes, both in NC

    Both are in eastern NC ........Martin county is near the ECU / Greenville area and East Columbus is in the SE part of the State near the SC line.
