Tyler Lewis, Lake Norman ace on the hill and the field and CBC alum, has signed with the Braves of UNC-P. Tyler is one of my all time favorite players and such a great kid. He is one of those players that will become an even better college player than HS.

A great competitor on the mound, Tyler is a lefty with outstanding command. He projects very well in one of the most competitive conferences anywhere. With the addition of Patrick McMahon and Thomas Allen to this class, Pembroke is stocked for their future.

Congratulations to Tyler for this well deserved honor and I look forward to following his success in the future---Keith, do you want me to make a prediction? :hurray:

Congrats to Tyler on the signing. I truly enjoyed coaching him at the Battle of the Border and can certainly see why people have talked so highly about him as a player and as a person. Good luck, Tyler! Coach Knight

Braves, you are like E.F. Hutton, when you speak, everyone listens, so come on with the predictions, you have been right on so far... Also, the hotdogs are on me for the home opener at UNC-P in 2011 and I'll even drive !!!! Also, thanks for all the kind words about our son. He has made his mother and I proud, not only on the field, but off the field as well.:cheers2:

UNCP Lucky to Have Him !

Pembroke is fortunate to get a great young man and very talented lefty. He will compete until he drops and will help his team in any way possible.

Congrats to Tyler and his family !

(Braves - ride with Keith and you will get there faster ! )

I don't know what is going to be more fun:

    - Watching Tyler pitch
    - Eating free hot dogs
    - Riding with the blue light on

    Congrats to another Brave!

Thomas is looking forward to playing with Tyler at Pembroke and helping the team for next year's season in 2011. It ought to be fun for them on the next level. Looking forward to making more memories baseball wise in the sandhills of North Carolina. Have a good rest of the summer and congratulations to Tyler and his family. See you in August! Go Braves!

CBC is very proud of you. Go show the college baseball world how effective q"QUIRKY" really is! You have proved all your critics wrong and should be very proud of yourself as well.
