    I was afraid of that. After hitting the ball all over with their eyes closed last night and scoring 26 runs, tonight they couldn't buy runs. Last night Ben Fultz couldn't buy a hit tonight he had two solo HRs. But not nearly enough to beat a hot Randolph County team. I believe this win by Randolph creates a four way tie with High Point, West Forsyth, Randolph and Burlington. High Point has to beat Burlington away Saturday night or they could find themselves in fourth place instead of first when the playoffs start.

    Mooresville Post 66 11
    Stanly Co. Post 76 1 7 innings

    Mooresville won their sixth in a row with an 11-1 over Stanly County. The Moors hit 5 HRs and got a complete game from their big lefty Scott Williams.

    Mooresville hosts Rowan Co. Saturday night...Rowan beat up on SR tonight 14-4. Hope for a good ball game Sat night.

    Moors improve to 14-2, and 16-3
