USA Athletes International

    I have had two separate individuals contact me about this organization (see attached). I have blacked out the names on the attachment so as to keep things anonymous.

    Does anyone know anything about it? Scam or no? Worth it or no? The cost is significant - around $4,000.

    I had a couple of my players attend and they had a great time. I myself will be taking a team not sure where but it is a valid organization. Hope this helps

    believe that this was the same org that wanted everyone to go to australia last year. didnt seem very welcome here on the board, as most saw it as just another money making operation.

    It is an organization that has been around for a long time and offers an opportunity for athletes to play overseas and see the world. There has to be cost involved for players much like your vacation every year, NCAA guidelines forbid free trips from outside sources. It is for those who are interested, enuf said.

    USA Athletes=Great organization

    I know athletes and coaches who have taken these trips and come back with nothing but great things to say. They have gone to Australia, Prague, Italy, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. Where else can you take the sport you love and combine it with international travel? It is a great opportunity!
