    The Area I Championship will begin in Rocky Mount on Monday with games 2 and 3 (if necessary) at Cary.

    Going to be a great 3 game series. These two teams have a history. They played two years ago when most kids on each team were in JR Legion ball (Cary JR's won State Title that year) and they played last year in the Area I Title (Rocky Mount advanced to State Tournament since only the Area I Champ moved on due to the State Tourney being hosted by an area I team).

    Cant wait.

    Area 1 Finals Cary vs Rocky Mount

    Rocky Mount takes game one 9 to 6 at home.
    Good ball game, RM travels to Cary for games two and three.
