    Shelby Parker of the Cardinals and Swain Cty. HS has committed to attend and play ball at Furman.
    One sweet kid who is going to her #1 choice in colleges. It's great when a dream comes true! Congratulations to a very special young lady! (and to dad Mike too)

    A dream comes true for a special young lady, great team mate, clutch pitcher, and an extremely smart and gifted kid. Her Dad makes some mean BBQ and ain't a bad guy either! LOL to you all!

    great news on Furman . Its always good when a player gets to go to their no.1 pick in school choices. This kid is one of a kind. Never met a stranger! Always happy n smiling. But when she is in the circle its down to business! I know Mike is happy cause your gonna be close enough for him to get alot of your games!
