    Union County 13's defeat Stewards of the Game in championship and advance to Southeast Regional in Havelock, NC

    Union County 14's defeat Myers Park in championship and avance to Southeast Regional in Demopolis, Alabama

    Union County 15's defeat East Catawba in championship and advance to Southeast Regional in Matthews, NC

    Congratulations to all the Union County teams and good luck at the Regional Tournaments!!

    Downeast the Greenville 15's and the Pitt County 14's won the eastern nc states and advance to the southeast regionals. The two groups actually play in the same regular season league and then split for all-stars. The Greenville 15's are largerly kids that will attend JH Rose while the Pitt Co. 14's are kids that will attend DH Conley and North Pitt. The Greenville `15 group will be making there 3rd straight Babe Ruth Regional. In 2009 as 13's they won the southeast and advanced to Jamestown NY for the World Series. Last year as 14's they finished 3 and 2 at the se regional in fla. Good luck to both teams and represent Pitt Co. well.

    The Union County and Pitt County 14's are still alive and in the final 4 at the Southeast regional in Alabama. It's great walking up to the field and seeing 2 of the 4 state flags left flying NC flags. UC deafeated Sarasota Florida and Pitt County defeated Kingsport Tennessee yesterday. They play each other today with the loser going home. Both teams have represented NC great and the best of luck to everyone. All the NC boys are local favorites.

    The Pitt County (Greenville) 15's beat the Union County 15's yesterday to advance to their championship game at the Southeast being played in Matthews. If UC wins today they get a rematch with Geenville.

    NC is showing very well at all the age groups.

    Greenville 15's 12 Tenn. 1 2nd Round
    Greenville 15's 7 South Alabama Select ( I mean Grand Bay) 5
    Greenville 15's 14 Union County 4 Winners Finals

    Greenville awaits the winner of Union Co and South Alabama tomm.

    Congrats to the Greenville 15's for winning the southeast region held in matthews. They defeated Union County today 15-7. Greenville went undefeated in the regional and will advance the the Babe Ruth World Series in Arkansas begining August 20th. Congrats to Union County on a good run.
