Banned baseball bat or not?

    The place I take my son to workout for baseball has several baseball equipment items on display for sale including the 2011 DeMarini CF4 ST baseball bat. I am being told I can get the bat for a price not available to the public if I purchase the bat through them.

    My question is will this bat be legal to use next spring in middle school, Nations Baseball Tournaments locally and of course the bigger tournaments associated with travel ball?

    Looking forward to hearing responses.
