    my very good friend, and former coaching buddy, ronald heafner (hitnrun) has had a heart attack. he's very weak, and is looking for another surgery in the next couple of weeks.

    ronald is one of those guys you always wanted your daughter to play for, the rare breed, and i always had respect for him when my dd played for his catawaba valley hit n run in the old days.

    please say a prayer for him and his family and i know he will kill me for posting this, cause this guy never wanted any attention for anything he ever did.

    Awwwwwwwwww Cheese, I have certainly enjoyed his posts over the years. He will most certainly be in my families thoughts and prayers.
