    achs just won the nw 4-a title !! ac misses fgoal with 13 secs to go !hibriten scores 1st and misses extra pt then cougars win it with a td and extra pt!

    What a ball game!....Hibriten leads 7-0 at the half...AC comes out and Cory Roberts breaks a long one...7-7....Hibriten comes right back with a drive to make it 14-7....Kinnard then hits Gus Smith with an in stride bomb to tie it up....AC has a chance to win it with a chip shot field goal with 9 secs and misses it!....Overtime....Panthers have the ball first and score, the xtra pt is blocked!....Cougars score on their possession and how Cody Bowers got the snap up for Whisnant I'll never know!.....kick is good, AC wins the Northwestern 3A/4A tital.....

    Great Job Cougars. I guess Kinnaird does make a huge difference lol. I know Hibriten will do well in the playoffs. They have nothing to worry about.

    Wait, who said last year he'd make a difference :) What a game. Hats off to both teams for a great ballgame to watch. Definitely one of the best I have seen. When no one gives you a chance to win, that's the best ones to get. You can tell all the film study and preparation that the coaches put in before this week. Hats off to Coach Tom Harper, for a great game. I don't always see eye to eye, but that's why he's the coach, and I'm a fan. He got our guys prepared, made them believe, and executed a great gameplan. Congrats to them all. Great job fellas! Keep it up.

    I'm just torqued that the game was not on the picks because I would have been the only one to get it. How 'bout them Cougars !!!!!

    NOT SO FAST !!!! :)..u the man!! haha...I guess #7 is pretty good after all huh? Thats all ill say about that. Hats off to Hibriten for a great game an a great year.
    How bout them cougars??? So proud to be a former play an fan. Them boys made you realize what footballs about and why we still love it!. Kyle Kinnard to the game over with 3 minutes left. Great Players! Roberts played his butt off and Gus smith finally got into the endzone. Cant say enough about Steven Burns. The kids a LEADER an a PLAYMAKER!!! AMAZING WIN!!!

    As i said on a different thread.Weak conference. 4a beats 3a.Both teams should go deep into watered down playoffs.Need to win something other than weak conference title.
