Carolina Elite Starting 2nd 14U

The Carolina Elite - Greenville, SC is in the early stages of starting a second 14U team based around 97 birthday players. Would also consider a 96 birthday. If you have a desire to play a demanding ASA schedule and play college showcase ball at a young age this could be the opportunity you are looking for. Our current teams have players from NC, SC and GA and aren't limited to expand further provided the player can make weekend practices. As things progress at older ages you will be expected to play all around the Southeast, CO, NJ and wherever ASA Nationals are held for that year. This team will also play up in age groups at 16U. We normally wont have open tryouts. Players will be evaluated in a practice atmosphere with our teams. This team already has several committed players and need a few more to be complete. One specific need is a dominant pitcher. No positions are set or taken at this point. The Magic 18u is looking to replace 4 seniors that will be moving on to play in college next season. We are looking for a pitcher, SS/2B and a utility player. Cape Fear Storm White 18u Seekiing 2 Players

Cape Fear Storm White 18U is seeking two players for the 2011 season. We are looking for the following:

1 Full-Time Outfielder: Must be an outstanding outfielder, eager to tear up the outfield full-time. A player with a strong bat who is fast/aggressive on the base path is a plus.

1 Catcher: Must be a top-notch catcher, with preference given to a catcher that can play 3B and/or SS. This player will split duties behind the plate, and will not catch full-time, although they will receive around 50% of catch time. A player with a power at the plate and great base running skills is a plus.

We would prefer a player with a 2013 graduation date, although consideration will be given to 2012 and 2014 players who possesses a competitive yet team minded attitude, with top-notch skills and an understanding that at this level of ball commitment is not an option but a responsibility.

The Cape Fear Storm Organization is one of the top organizations in the state. Over the years, numerous young ladies have continued to play DI and DII ball with the assistance of the Storm's teams. Team White will be participating in all the top named showcases throughout NC, as well as SC, while also participating in State Tournaments and a National Qualifier, not to mention multiple opportunities to participate in college camps throughout the year.

NC Challengers 12U Seeks 2 'A' Level Players

The North Carolina Challengers 12U (Renzi), based out of Raleigh NC, is looking for two (2) quality players to add to their roster. The Challengers will play a highly competitive, “A” level schedule of approximately 12-14 tournaments this Spring. We are seeking committed players with positive attitudes towards developing their skill set in the game of fastpitch softball. Players should also be able to play at a level that will allow them to be successful at high “A” tournament play. The 12U (Renzi) team is comprised primarily of players with 1998 birthdays. Strong players with 1999 birthdays will also be considered. All positions are presently open and we are looking soley for two solid players, no matter what position on the field is where you primarily play. Our Futures program is designed to teach our players and get them used to the ways that we can communicate with college coaches. We teach our kids college techniques and Discipline. They have to run together and work hard together. They learn execution, commitment and communication. The goal for this program is to qualify for 14U Nationals and play in a few select 16U showcase events. With the coaches we have in our network we understand where they are going to watch and what they want to see.
