    Can anyone do a (team by team) pre-season assessment on the Imeck conference. Or has this already been done?

    Players create threads from time to time just to try get someone to comment on them.....when experienced posters detect that, they move on

    Respectful comment to Blue-is True...

    With all due respect, sir, but I do not understand your comment. I did, however, review all your posts and you should be the clear winner of the "Most Negative and Sarcastic TBR poster". Congratulations!!
    I realize I probably will get the old heave-ho here but your attitudes are not consistent with the TBR leadership's principles.

    No problem.....just commenting on why some threads are ignored. Usually when you see someone appealing for comment about a specific team or conference AND they have just a few posts to their credit, then it is often a player looking for a stroke. (not always)

    Usually looks like this......"anybody know anything about the XXXXXXXX Cougars? I hear they have some good players this year". Posted by HotCorner (2 posts)

    Message boards are an open forum and as long as everyone is respectful, then there is room for the truth along with the sugar coating.

    I-Meck 4A

    I personally would find it interesting and informative if someone with knowledge of this conference could provide some insight, much like the post on the SW4A. I have a son who is a freshman at one of the teams in the I-Meck. I unfortunately do not have much insight, but have heard Mallard Creek will be tough this year, along with possibly Mooresville and Lake Norman. 1st year school Hough is supposed to have a good bit of talent, but may see some 'learning curve' issues with no senior class. Again, I do not have much knowledge of the conference (yet), just my 2 cents.

    The I-Meck conference will not be a conference with one or two contenders this year. Any of the top five teams in the conference could take it. Mallard Creek, Mooresville, Hopewell, Hough, Lake Norman, or North Meck.
