NC CHALLENGERS 16U Seeks Catcher and Utility

Raleigh, NC - The North Carolina Challengers 16U team is seeking two (2) athletes to join our 2011 roster. The successful candidates will be committed players with positive attitudes towards developing their skill set in the game of fastpitch softball. The players should also be able to play at a level that will allow them to be successful at high “A” tournament play and be in their freshman or sophomore year of High School. This is a long term opportunity for the interested player.

We are seeking two players – one utility and one with catching experience. The team will play a mixture of high profile showcases, ASA National Qualifiers and could potentially attend ASA Nationals. Our team practices in the Raleigh area and travels fairly extensively across the Southeastern US for tournament/showcase play. The Charlotte Blaze Black is looking for another pitcher for a showcase only travel team. This is a competitive team that is looking for a pitcher to finish out the roster. We will play in NC, SC, and GA in the summer and travel to several colleges to play in the fall. The Lady Lightning (Blue) Futures 12U girls fast pitch softball team is looking to complete the 2011 roster with one more player. We will play on average 2 tournaments per month at the highest level of competition. Our team has players from Davie, Forsyth, Davidson, Randolph, and Yadkin counties. All of the players are 1998 birthdays.
