    3 in a row

#26 Cody Stull (LHP) of Matthews and now Belmont Abbey:happy: started game 3 against than ranked #19 California U. of PA and gave up only 4 hits and 1 earned run over 7 innings. He is now 3-0 and I am very proud of him and I think I was more nervous than he was at the start of the game. Oh and Braves #30 Joey Frabasile is a MONSTER at the plate and 1st:fan_wave2::fan_wave2:

    Feelin'you

Ditto flotg. Could not have said it better. Mine is 1-0 after 3 starts. Cherishing every game. Pitched really well in Sunday's ND.

Would like to add this as well. Aaron Attaway got off to a pretty good start as a collegian @ WCU. Starting @ SS and went yard in his very first AB. Finished the weekend 7-15, with a Homer, 3 2Bs and 7 RBI. Nice start.

    Preston Shuey

(South Meck 2007) broke the Francis Marion career RBI record with a walk off grand slam vs. Phiffer yesterday.

In my opinion, Preston is the most underrated player to come out of Charlotte.

Looks like he is leaving it all on the table-----nice job yesterday.

......but the hero in this game was senior pitcher Kyle Paeplow (1-0), who turned in a gutsy performance to pick up his first decision of the season.

Last night was a special night to see my green freshman son take the mound at Boshammer Stadium and the first hitter he faced was a pinch hitter. It happened to be one of his very best friends and high school catcher, who's parents we went up to the game with. My boy ate some humble pie last night in facing such a talented lineup, but it was a night I'll never forget!
