    Looking for help with pitch counts ,days rest , etc for young pitchers .
    What would be a safe pitch count for 12 yr old pitcher who first started pitching around age 10 .? Also pitchers age 14 to 16 who have pitched for a few years.

    Trying to have some ground rules in place so that young arms are not hurt by pitching to much .

    Maybe good websites with this type of information .
