charlotte adult baseball league

    does anyone know anything about CABL.

    Depending on what you're looking for the NABA (National Adult Baseball Assoc.) is probably the best adult semi pro league in the area. Sprinkled with former college and pro players it is by far the most competitive league around. They recently absorbed a couple of the CABL teams and I think the league now has 10 teams. They normally play on Sundays and one day during the week. The CABL league typically plays on Saturdays....and I am not sure about what days they might play during the week. The NABA is a metal bat league and last time I checked the CABL was all wooden bat.

    They have a website with all the information about the league on it. Just search Charlotte Adult Baseball League and it should come up.
