    Best overall team in the Carolinas? I vote Upsate SC any one disagree.

    Stiksdad I Don't disagree with you about Upstate because my DD will be playing for Coach Hawkins in the fall. I will give props too Lenoir Rhyne they are strong year after year..

    Lenoir Rhyne- great year so far

    Lenoir Rhyne won Sac Conference Title with a 16-2 record
    and then won Sac Tournament going 4-0

    LR (41-8) is off to the Regionals now where it looks like they will host. LR is ranked #2 in the southeast ranking and #8 in the National Poll as of last week. Good chance they will move up in both polls.

    Did any of the other SAC teams make the ncaa playoffs?

    ...catwba, carson newman, wingate perhaps?
