I have had the honor and pleasure of receiving and answering many questions over the last couple of years on this forum about pitching injuries, mechanics, etc.

I want to compile these questions and topics in one place to create a resource (to be released at a future date).

I hope everyone can appreciate the resource ATC is. It's not often that a board will have a certified physical therapist (among other credentials) as a member. I can recall how lucky I felt to have Alan Tyson as a friend and to be able to ask him important questions concerning my son's health.

Please don't let this opportunity to slide by without asking questions. I can assure you that when it comes to strength, conditioning and preventive injuries coaches believe they have all the knowledge, but they don't. However ATC does...he's a professional. You don't go to a coach to seek out medical advice...I advise that you seek a professional about these areas as well.
