    tell me how a guy like keaton haack NWG does not make all conference?

    I read where he just gave verbal to Alabama.

    All-conference is about NUMBERS in the 12 game conference season.
    Not about potential or upside or commitment or even 15 other games' numbers.
    The young man you mention is a tremendous talent.
    Obviously his numbers did not, in the opinion of 6 conference coaches, deserve placement on the 2011 PT4A All-conference team.
    And I hope that does not necessarily add fuel to his fire.
    That fire needs no more gas than what already comes from his right arm!

    By the way, other players (besides him, from other teams) who made it in 2010 did NOT make it for 2011.

    Not to criticize your comment/question, but it seems another case of not celebrating or focusing on those who were honored with the selection. To an extent, understandable though.
