    Day 2:

    Triangle South - 10
    South Orlando, FL - 0
    (6 innings)

    Triangle South heated up late on offense and Nathan Harris (Panther Creek '12) pitched a complete game shut out.

    Triangle South is now 3-0 in pool play and should be in tomorrow's Championship Single Elimination Final Four.

    Last pool play game is tonight vs Harris Co., GA at 8:30pm.

    With the heat issue, no idea. They have been moving games up earlier and pushing them back later to try and stay out of the sun. Last I heard was 6pm and 8:30pm tomorrow night but you know how it is.

    Today's night games are at 8:30pm and 10:30pm. They aren't going to make the teams come back early tomorrow who are playing late into the night tonight. Or atleast that was the plan...

    Day 3:

    Triangle South - 2
    Harris Co., GA - 0

    Four pitchers for Triangle South (Michael Forsythe, South Granville '10.. Keith Walsh, Green Hope '12... Landon Balint, Middle Creek '11... and Corey Walker, Middle Creek '11) combined for a no-hitter and 15 K's. All players on roster played except for one who was nursing a slight injury.

    Triangle South finishes 4-0 in pool play and earns #1 in the "American" pool. Mobile, AL finished 1st in the "National" pool.

    Triangle South plays Western NC (Greensboro) on Sunday at 6:30 in the Final Four Single Elimination Tournament. The winner will play the winner of Mobile, AL and Marshall Co., TN around 9pm for the Championship and a trip to Ephrata, WA for the Babe Ruth World Series.

    Triangle South - 7
    Western NC (Greensboro) - 4
    WP - Tyler Kenney (Middle Creek '11, Lenoir CC) complete game win.

    CHAMPIONSHIP-
    Alabama RawDogs - 2
    Triangle South - 1
    (8 innings)
    LP - Jimmy Boyd (Middle Creek '12), Complete Game

    Triangle South left it all on the field today against a VERY good Rawdogs team. Triangle South All-Stars were all but one player from the Town of Cary Babe Ruth team. On the summer, the Cary Babe Ruth/Triangle All-Stars went 23-1. Awesome summer and they were a couple of hits and/or outs away from a SE Regional Championship.

    Good luck to the Rawdogs in Washington.

    Congratulations to all the Triangle South players and J4. Great group of players. Just look at what this team, Cary Legion, and the Tri-Nine has done this year is baseball!!!

    Alabama just opened up with a 10-0 5 inning victory in game 1 at world sereis in ephratta washington.
